Prices
Minimum length of stay: 3 nights.
1 or 2 people pay the same price. Additional guests €15 per night (max 5 people in total).
For longer stays of more than one month please contact us: prices are negotiable, seasonal and arranged on request.
Extras
Cleaning charge: €40 up to and including 7 nights. Cleaning is free for bookings over 7 nights, only through this website
Tourist Tax: €4.00 per person per day for the first 5 days only. Tourist Tax is payable on arrival in cash, when registration and check-in takes place. The tourist tax helps to maintain Venice’s monuments, heritage and culture.
Payment
When we accept your booking, you will be directed to a payment page. Payments are in euros through Paypal (you don’t need an account with Paypal), or by transfer to an Italian bank account. For UK customers only, there is an option to pay in sterling. When payment is made, the reservation is then confirmed in your name.
Security Deposit
In order to cover potential breakage and damages, clients that book through Airbnb pay a €500 returnable security deposit.
For our trusted friends, colleagues and e-news subscribers using this website, there is no security deposit to pay. We will simply require you to read and agree a statement on the payment page that says we trust the hirer to be responsible and pay for any damages incurred.
Cancellation
All payments are made in full.
If you cancel your booking:
+ 14 days before the reservation: 100% refund.
Between 14 days and 48hrs before: 50% refund.
During the last 48hrs: 0% refund.
